FAQ

Do I need to be a business/have an ABN?

We can sell most of our products directly to the public. Please let us know if you have an ABN at the order stage.

Do I need an account?

Up to you. We can provide invoices on either pay-as-you-go or 30-day account basis.

Which postage provider do you use?

We have accounts with Australia Post and TNT, as well as private couriers. We will use the most efficient process for your location.

Is there a minimum order?

No.
